Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Classroom Support Assistant to join a dedicated team at a specialist school in the Godalming area. You will help deliver engaging lessons and support learners with SEN in small groups and whole-class settings, contributing to a positive learning environment.

The role is full-time, term-time only, with a start ASAP and hours 08:30-16:00, Monday to Friday. A strong commitment to safeguarding and eligibility to work in the UK are essential.

This independent specialist school is currently seeking a Classroom support assistant to join their school team. Successful applicants would join a friendly team supporting learners on a small group and whole class basis. This school is both a primary and secondary provision catering for students with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC), including those with Asperger's Syndrome and those with a diagnosis of ADHD.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:

• Relevant SEN experience
• Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in the UK
