• Be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils.
• Observe proper boundaries and uphold professional duties.
• Promote safeguarding and welfare of children.
• Work in collaboration with parents, governors and staff.
• Adhere to the current School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document and Teacher Standards (2012).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the curriculum appropriate to the age/ability group and subject.
• Prepare and develop teaching materials and programmes.
• Be accountable for attainment, progress and outcomes of pupils.
• Differentiate to meet diverse pupil needs, including SEND, EAL and gifted learners.
• Provide regular feedback and accurate marking.
• Use data to monitor progress and plan subsequent lessons.
• Set homework and plan out-of-class activities.
• Participate in examinations and assessments within the Academy framework.
• Promote and safeguard pupil welfare.
