Job summary

REESON Education is seeking a Year 2 Class Teacher for a nurturing primary school in Sutton. The role starts January 2027 and focuses on developing literacy, numeracy and communication skills in Key Stage 1.

You will deliver engaging lessons, support pupil transition to KS2 and work with staff and parents to promote high attainment and wellbeing in a collaborative school community.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, or strong ECTs encouraged.

Year 2 Class Teacher | Sutton | January 2027 Start

A nurturing and high-achieving primary school within the London Borough of Sutton is seeking a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join its Key Stage 1 team from January 2027.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils through an important stage of their primary education, preparing them for the transition into Key Stage 2. They will deliver engaging lessons that promote strong literacy, numeracy and communication skills while fostering a love of learning.
