Job summary

Pond Meadow School in Guildford is seeking a Class Teacher to join our specialist provision. You will teach pupils with ASD and severe learning disabilities, delivering structured, individualised learning programmes and implementing our teaching guidelines.

The role focuses on high-quality teaching, neuro-affirming practice, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support communication and engagement. Permanent contract with start January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils with ASD and/or Severe Learning Disabilities.
• Proven ability to follow structured teaching guidelines and be reflective.

Responsibilities

• Teach within our established specialist provision in Guildford.
• Plan and deliver highly structured, individualised learning programmes.
