Job summary

Talent Finder in the United Kingdom is seeking a driver for portable toilet and welfare unit fleets in the South East region. You will clean and refresh units, maintain the vehicle, and support on-call routes while following health & safety procedures.

The role includes an on-call rota (one week every seven), overtime opportunities, and attendance bonuses. The base salary is £39,780 per year, with OTE up to £55,000 and additional joining/ retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• Based in the South East UK.
• Ability to complete each job fully and achieve daily targets.
• Part of an on-call emergency rota (1 week in every 7).
• Strong organisational and routing skills.
• Ability to take direction and follow procedures.
• Commitment to Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and refresh units/welfare cabins to a high standard.
• Keep vehicle tidy and clean.
• Empty large effluent tanks and refill water bowers.
• Use of water hydrants.
• Emptying vehicle at STW.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and liaise with the office for queries.
