Job summary

Flogas is powering delivery teams across Britain with roles that keep homes and businesses supplied with LPG. As a Class 2 Mini Bulk Driver, you will handle bulk LPG deliveries to customers, following safety procedures, routes, and schedules set by the team.

You will need an LGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, and Tachograph Card, plus a calm, flexible approach focused on health and safety. Training for ADR in Tanks may be provided to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• LGV Class 2 licence is required.
• ADR in Tanks (minimum class 2 gases) preferred; training supported.
• Driver CPC and tachograph card required, with knowledge of driving hours.
• Calm, unflappable approach and a commitment to safety.
• Willingness to stay in touch with the team and be flexible.
• Keen to learn new ways to serve customers.
• DBS check is required.

Responsibilities

• Make bulk LPG deliveries to customers on time and safely.
• Collaborate with the team to understand routes and prepare for deliveries.
• Maintain health, safety and wellbeing compliance in all duties.

How you’ll power our business as a Class 2 Mini Bulk Driver

Drivers are at the heart of Flogas. Whether you’re helping keep a care home cosy, or a micro-brewery running, you’ll make sure our customers are always connected to the energy they need, come rain or shine. Powering our business, you’ll make bulk deliveries of LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) on time – and above all – safely, day in and day out. Because at Flogas, if it’s not safe, it’s not done. Simple.

What we’ll need from you

LGV Class 2 licence. Ideally, you’ll also have an ADR in Tanks with minimum class 2 gases – but we’ll support you to gain this if you don’t already have it

Driver CPC and valid Drivers Digital Tachograph Card, plus a sound knowledge of driving hours and tachograph regulations

A calm, unflappable approach, and a commitment to ensuring everyone’s health, safety and wellbeing is protected in all that you do

A willingness to keep in touch with the team and stay flexible, so together, we can do more

A keenness to learn new ways of doing things so we can keep doing right by our customers and each other

A willingness to have a DBS check that helps keep you, our customers and our people safe.
