Driver Hire Oxford is seeking a Class 2 refuse driver to join a friendly local team in Oxford. This permanent role offers a 4-day week, steady hours and local rounds only. You will drive a Class 2 refuse vehicle, help with loading and start immediately.

Requirements include HGV Class 2 (Cat C), CPC and Tachograph cards, good fitness and clear communication. Pay is £19.27 per hour PAYE Advanced, with a supportive team and a role that keeps your community running.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 (Cat C) license required.
• CPC and Tachograph cards required.
• Good fitness level for manual work.
• Team player with clear communication skills.
• References from previous roles required.
• Waste/recycling experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Local rounds - no long-distance driving
• Drive a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle and help with loading when needed
• Immediate start available
