Job summary

Winner Recruitment is looking for experienced Class 2 Refuse Drivers to join our Rugby team. This role offers early morning starts, a stable, ongoing full-time schedule and competitive hourly pay.

You will operate a Class 2 refuse vehicle on designated routes, work with loaders, perform safety checks, and deliver reliable waste collections. Immediate starts available with weekly pay and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 Licence (Category C).
• CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Previous Class 2 driving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle on designated routes.
• Work with loaders to complete collections on time and safely.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Comply with road traffic laws and health & safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with the public.
• Maintain punctual early-morning starts and teamwork.

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Refuse Drivers to join our team in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work with early morning starts.

The Role

As a Class 2 Refuse Driver, you will be responsible for operating a refuse collection vehicle on designated routes, working alongside a team of loaders to ensure waste and recycling collections are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Requirements
