Job summary

Huws Gray Plant & Tool Hire is seeking a proactive Driver Fitter (Class 2) based at a branch in Dover to deliver and collect hire equipment, ensuring safety and proper recording. You’ll work as part of a busy team, helping customers and keeping kits ready for use on site and on the road.

You will receive on-the-job training, opportunities to gain recognised qualifications including HIAB certification, and a supportive environment focused on development and progression.

Responsibilities

• Check equipment and vehicles regularly for safety and proper recording.
• Maintain tidy workshop and care for hire equipment at your branch.
• Deliver, collect and transport equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support stock checks and help the team as needed.
