Job summary

The Best Connection are currently recruiting Class 2 HGV Tanker Drivers for ongoing work with a well-established client based in Ashford, Kent. This role offers full-time or part-time options with a focus on weekend cover.

Role involves Class 2 tanker driving, working beside another tanker/truck, manual handling, and completing vehicle checks and paperwork. Training provided and opportunities to progress toward Blue/Green Cards.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Tankers experience desirable but not essential.
• Manual handling experience desirable.
• Good attitude and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Class 2 tanker driving on site at Ashford, Kent.
• Work alongside another tanker/truck on assignments.
• Complete vehicle checks and relevant paperwork.
• Day and night shifts available; Wednesday–Sunday or Friday–Tuesday.
• Ongoing work with potential to gain Blue/Green Cards.
