Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a professional Class 2 HGV driver to join our team in Oxford. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient delivery of our construction materials to customers across the region, representing the business with professionalism on customer sites.

This role requires a valid Class 2 licence, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, with a proactive, safety-minded approach. Flexible working including occasional overnight stays may be required, and training is

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely and courteously to customers.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy.
• Complete vehicle and transport documentation in line with legal requirements.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies, WTD regulations and transport legislation.
• Support with flexible locations and occasional overnight stays when required.
