Job summary

Corus Consultancy Limited is actively recruiting reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers to work with our established logistics client in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for safe deliveries and timely collections, daily vehicle checks, securing loads, and accurate paperwork.

A Driver CPC and tachograph card are required, along with a solid understanding of road safety and driver hours. We value reliability, punctuality and a flexible approach, with a commitment to professional customer service

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 2 (C) licence.
• Must hold a valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
• Solid understanding of road safety and drivers hours rules.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible in approach.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries and collections safely and on time.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Ensure loads are secure before travelling.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Follow drivers hours, tachograph rules and site procedures.
• Provide a professional service to customers and site teams.
