Job summary

Travis Perkins in Macclesfield is seeking a Class 2 HGV Driver to join our delivery team. You will deliver building materials to local customers, load with the HIAB, and ensure loads are safe and compliant.

You’ll complete around 14 drops a day, have access to HIAB training, CPC support, and a direct full-time contract. Benefits include 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, a company pension, staff discounts, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Class 2 driving licence.
• Up-to-date CPC records.
• Held a Category B licence for 12+ months.
• HIAB training will be funded if needed.
• Customer-focused and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials from branch to local customers.
• Load and secure loads with HIAB, ensuring legal and safe packaging.
• Make around 14 drops per day and return to branch to reload.
