Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a driver with a Class 2 license to safely collect and deliver medical waste containers at customer sites. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain safe vehicle operation, and adhere to schedules while communicating any delays or issues.

Qualifications

• Class 2 license with ADR (ADR training can be provided)
• Flexible, can-do attitude with strong customer focus
• Experience operating vehicles safely with manual transmission
• On-time delivery practices and understanding of essential service

Responsibilities

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Operating vehicles in a safe manner
• Completing deliveries to time schedule, and communicating changes or challenges as they arise
• Loading and unloading
• Managing a route per leadership direction and delivering timely, efficient service
• Complying with regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Heavy lifting
