Job summary

A leading transport recruitment agency seeks a Class 2 HGV Driver for a temporary to permanent role in Liverpool. As a driver, you will be responsible for collecting food waste from customers across the North West. Candidates must hold a Category C Licence and valid CPC & Digital Tachograph cards. The role requires excellent customer service skills and reliability to ensure safe and timely collections. Job Title: Class 2 HGV Driver
Location: Liverpool - L20
Pay: £15.76 (PAYE Accrued) – £17.93 per hour (PAYE Advanced Includes Holiday Pay).
Type: Temporary-Permanent
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 0600 start times, flexibility will be required due to the nature of the role

Are you a well experienced Class 2 HGV Driver looking for a temporary to permanent position? We are looking for a Class 2 HGV Driver for our well respected Liverpool based client who are one of the UK's leading supplier of premium cooking oils and collector of used cooking oil and food waste.

The Role:

• Collecting food waste from customers around the North West
• Ensuring timely and safe collections across designated routes
• Completing relevant paperwork and maintaining vehicle cleanliness
• Providing excellent customer service during collections

Requirements:

• Category C Licence
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph cards
