Driver Hire Winchester is recruiting reliable Class 2 (Cat C) HGV drivers to join a well-established waste and recycling operation. The role offers Monday to Friday work with no weekends, early starts and around 7.5-hour shifts, driving a Class 2 vehicle on allocated routes.

Qualifications

• Full UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Own transport to commute to site.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle on an allocated collection route.
• Work as part of a team to complete waste collections.
• Hands-on work including lifting and loading bin bags.
• Maintain safety and compliance on all runs.
• Adhere to schedules with early starts (5:00am–6:00am).
• Commit to Monday-to-Friday shifts with no weekend work.
