Job summary

GXO Logistics in Southampton is hiring full-time Class 2 Drivers to join our two-person home delivery team for Wickes. You will deliver products responsibly with a focus on service and accuracy.

The role starts early (04:00–06:00), Tue–Sat, on a 45-hour week, with DBS check required and a valid CPC, Tachograph card, and Class 2 licence. We offer pension, holidays, and employee discounts via Hapi App.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement.
• Valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC).
• Digital Tachograph Card held.
• DBS check required for role.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• No endorsements within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely movement and delivery of customer products.
• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service on delivery visits.
