Job summary

Arc Recruitment is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for a Halifax-based multi-drop operation across the UK. The role involves safe driving, loading/unloading, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time.

The position offers full-time, ongoing work with regular hours and a competitive rate of £16.50 per hour. Applicants should hold a valid Class 2 licence, CPC, Tachograph card, and have UK road knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 2 and multi-drop experience preferred.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Completing multi-drop deliveries to customers across the UK.
• Loading and unloading the vehicle.
• Carrying out regular heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
• Complying with all relevant driving, transport and health & safety regulations.
