Job summary

Proman in Southampton is seeking a Class 2 Driver to join our secure collections team. This permanent, full-time role covers 45 hours per week with an early start (approx 05:30–06:00) and a Monday–Friday pattern, no nights.

You will drive a Class 2 vehicle to sites, collect confidential materials for secure destruction, load and unload containers, and uphold high standards of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.
• Comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to security procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle across designated routes.
• Collecting confidential materials from customer locations.
• Loading and unloading containers and secure collection units.
• Ensuring all collections are handled safely and securely.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Following all transport, security, and health & safety procedures.
