GI Group are recruiting a Class 2 Driver for a position based in Southam. This temporary role involves multi-drop deliveries with 8–10 drops per shift. You will operate under a Class 2/LGV C licence, CPC, and tachograph requirements, and you will be paid £16.25 per hour including holiday pay.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 06:00/07:00 start times, with 8 hours guaranteed per shift and no weekend work. Commute from nearby towns is common and on-site work only.

Qualifications

• Hold a Class 2/LGV C licence entitlement.
• Must hold a valid CPC and Tachograph.
• Minimum 2 years' Class 2 experience.
• Over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
• Flexible and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Multi-drop delivery work, typically two runs per shift with 8–10 drops.
• Transport palletised packaging across England; no handball duties; unload by FLT.
• Conduct vehicle checks and complete defects paperwork as required.
• Ensure safe loading and operation of the vehicle and comply with regulations.
• Temporary position with training provided on the job.
