Job summary

Savona Foodservice Limited is looking for a Class 2 Driver to join our distribution team in Barking, London. You will deliver multi-temperature food to customers across London, Hertfordshire and Essex, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Start times are between 5:30 am and 2:15 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime. A Basic DBS Check is required. We value reliability, safety, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Cat C1 licence is required or preferred.
• Experience with multidrop wholesale distribution is advantageous but not essential.
• Good customer facing skills and a polite, friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-temperature food to customers within scheduled times.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and follow defect reporting procedures.
• Complete documentation accurately and clearly.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and economical operation.
• Communicate problems and delays to relevant parties.
• Load and unload safely and comply with procedures.
• Adhere to Highway Code and Health & Safety guidelines.
