Job summary

Proman UK is recruiting experienced Class 2 HGV/C drivers to support a Heywood-based client. This ongoing role offers a flexible four-day week with a published rota a week in advance, and weekly PAYE pay including an enhanced holiday rate.

Typical shifts start between 00:00 and 03:00, with drivers averaging around 50 hours across four days. Duties include safe delivery to customer sites, unloading with a sack truck, and completing delivery paperwork while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence with a min of 12 months experience
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Ability and willingness to complete nights out

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer sites, including after-hours deliveries
• Safe operation of a Class 2 vehicle
• Unload and move stock using a sack truck
• Complete delivery paperwork and compliance requirements
• Work as part of a team across a flexible 4-on/7-off rota
