Job summary

Links Recruitment Group is seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver for Douglas Water Lanark to join a double-manned home delivery team. You will unload, deliver safely and maintain high customer service standards in every drop.

Start times are between 04:00 and 06:00, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. You will have a guaranteed 48 hours per week, and, subject to DBS clearance, ongoing training and induction are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• HGV Class C Licence (Class 2) required.
• Valid CPC Card.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 penalty points (insurance purposes).
• No IN or DR endorsements (insurance purposes).
• Willing to undergo a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Unload the vehicle and deliver goods safely and without damage while providing excellent customer service.
• Work as part of a double-manned delivery team to complete orders.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies during all deliveries.

HGV Class 2 Driver – Douglas Water Lanark - £44808 annual package

Working as a Class 2 Driver for our client, you will carry out double-manned home deliveries. You will be required to unload the vehicle and deliver goods safely and without damage, always providing excellent customer service.

Our client's priority is the safety of both personnel and customers, which is why all deliveries are completed as part of a double-manned team.

Quarterly Bonus

You will be paid £750 every quarter for satisfactory work performance. This is in addition

Guaranteed Pay

You will be paid a minimum of 48 hours per week.

If you work more than 48 hours, you will be paid for all additional hours worked.

If you only work 40 hours in a week, you will still receive 48 hours' pay.
