Job summary

West Riding Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a HGV Class 2 driver to join a busy Castleford team. You will be responsible for delivering and collecting pallets across the Yorkshire region, Monday to Friday with 10 hour shifts starting at 06:00.

An immediate start is available for the right candidate. Candidates must hold an HGV Class 2 licence with at least six months' experience, and must have a valid CPC and digital tachograph card.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence held for at least 6 months.
• Valid CPC and digital tachograph card required.
• Physically fit with transport/logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect pallets within the Yorkshire area.
• Work Monday to Friday with optional weekends; typically 10 hour shifts starting at 06:00.

Job description

We are looking for a HGV Class 2 driver to join the busy team in Castleford.

Our clients based in Castleford are looking for a HGV 2 driver to join their rapidly expanding team.

As a HGV 2 driver you will be responsible for delivering and collecting pallets anywhere in the Yorkshire area.

You will be physically fit and have held your HGV 2 licence for a minimum of 6 months.

You will also hold a valid CPC and digital tacho card

Working Monday to Friday (weekends are available and are optional)

Start time: 0600 typically working a 10 hour shift

£15.50 an hour is based on 6 months experience
