Job summary

Wastecare Ltd is recruiting Class 2 Collection Specialists to join a day-to-day role collecting and transporting containers across London and Thatcham. You will be on the road performing hands-on loading, with training provided and career-long opportunities.

Eligible candidates will hold a valid Class 2 licence, and ADR training can be completed with us. The role offers a solid salary range and benefits as part of a long-term team.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence is required.
• Ability to handle hazardous and difficult waste.
• Willingness to undertake ADR training to qualification.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate vehicles for collections across London & Thatcham.
• Collect, lift and load containers onto/off the vehicle.
• Handle hazardous waste and ensure safe recycling processes.
• Work varied routes with a hands-on, practical approach.

CLASS 2 COLLECTION SPECIALISTS WANTED

EARN £45,000 - £52,000 p.a.

£22-£25 per hour · minimum 45 hours per week · depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Out on the road across London & Thatcham, day in, day out.
• Collecting, lifting and loading containers on and off the vehicle — hands-on work, not just driving.
• Handling hazardous and difficult waste, then bringing it back to be safely recycled.
• Varied loads, varied routes — no two days the same.

NO ADR? NO PROBLEM

Never carried hazardous loads? Not an issue. If you're a solid Class 2 Collection Specialist who wants to learn, we'll put you through full ADR training and get you qualified — on us.
