We’re expanding our logistics team and are seeking motivated, reliable Class 2 Drivers to join our day shift operations in Andover.

At Co-op, we support drivers at every stage of their journey. Whether you’re just starting or bringing years of experience behind the wheel, you’ll be part of a supportive, values-driven team that’s committed to making a difference.

You will be working on afull-time, permanent basis, on a shift pattern ofany 5 days out of 7, contracted to 48 hours per week with start times between 04:00 and 07:00.

What you will do on a typical day:

  • Safely delivering stock in roll cages to retail stores, either on multi-drop routes or trunking runs
  • Providing excellent service by assisting store teams with unloading deliveries and collecting any return waste or empty equipment
  • Carrying out thorough pre- and post-shift vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance
  • Completing all paperwork accurately and on time
  • Ensuring compliance with all tachograph regulations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Hold a valid UK Driving licence with Category C (Class 2), CPC and Digi tacho card
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (no TT, IN, DD, DR, or DG endorsements)
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to driving regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your initiative
