Recruit 2 You are hiring for Class 2 Drivers on behalf of our client based in Somercotes.

Pay Rate is £17.89 per hour

Working hours are 7am-3pm Monday-Friday

Are you a reliable and motivated individual with a valid driver's license? Do you enjoy working independently and are comfortable with loading and unloading vehicles? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries in a timely and safe manner.
• Drive the vehicle safely and in accordance with the law.
• Drive within the tachograph law and driver hours limits.
• Delivering goods to various stores.
• Safely loading and unloading the goods at stores.

Requirements

• Valid UK driver's license (Category B). Clean licence is required.
• Category C licence OR Class 2 licence - allows you to drive (LGVs) over 3.5 tonnes, but not exceeding 32 tonnes.
• Driver CPC Certification
• Excellent driving record with a commitment to safety.
• Physical fitness for lifting and moving goods.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
