Job summary

Ambitions Personnel is seeking an experienced Delivery Driver for a full-time, permanent role in Mansfield. The position involves safe, efficient deliveries with Class 2 driving cover when needed, and requires a valid UK licence and multi-drop experience.

You will plan routes, load/unload goods, collect signatures, and provide a professional service while complying with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Full, valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
Previous multi-drop delivery experience is essential.
Minimum 3 years' multi-drop delivery experience preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Carry out deliveries safely and efficiently to customers.
Provide Class 2 driving cover when required.
Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
Load and unload products at customer sites.
Check delivery contents and obtain customer signatures where required.
Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.
Deal with customer queries professionally.
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, safe and organised.
Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
Follow all road traffic laws, company procedures and health & safety requirements.
