Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is recruiting a Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver for Corringham, Stanford-le-Hope. The assignment starts in November and runs to around April 2027, weather permitting, with Saturday–Wednesday shifts and Thursdays/Fridays off.

Pay is £19.41 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, with overtime at £29.12 and weekends paid at the same rate. Benefits include 28 days’ holiday (increasing with service), training, PPE and free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Cat C licence is required.
• Digi card and DCPC card are needed.
• ADR licence class 2 in tanks is required.

Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver - Days - Stanford-le-Hope

Are you a Class 2 ADR driver seeking a new opportunity? Join our client's team at Corringham, Stanford-le-Hope and enjoy:

Competitive Pay: Earn £19.41 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £29.12 Weekends paid at £29.12 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Yearly Bonuses: Earn up to £1000 every 6 months

Flexible Shifts: Saturday - Wednesday (Thurs / Fri off) shift pattern starting at around 6am. All weekend shifts paid at overtime

Requirements:

• Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card


• ADR licence in class 2 in tanks


• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.

Details:

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant truck / HGV licences are welcome to apply.


• The role is due to start in November and will run until around the end of April 2027 (weather dependant).


• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
