Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is assisting with a Class 2 ADR driving role based in Stoney Stanton. You will earn £17.13 per hour with a guaranteed 42.5 hours weekly, plus overtime at £25.70 and weekends paid at the same rate. A generous 28 days holiday increases with service.

The role includes annual bonuses up to £1,000 split across performance periods, flexible shifts, and access to online courses via MyPath for career development.

Qualifications

• Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card and DCPC card.
• ADR licence in class 2 for packages.
• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.
• Open to new/inexperienced drivers holding the relevant licences.

Competitive Pay: Earn £17.13 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £25.70 Weekends paid at £25.70 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Yearly Bonuses: Up to £1000 in performance bonus twice a year

Flexible Shifts: Monday to Friday with some Saturdays on a rota basis in busy times. The hours of work will be around the hours of 6am - 3pm. Some overtime is required.

Details:

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant licences will be considered
• The role is due to start immediately and will run until April 2027 when it will be reviewed
• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
