GXO Logistics in Birmingham is seeking an HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves regular night shifs, multdrop deliveries across the UK, and staying away from home as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Previous experience driving Class 1 vehicles is essential.
• Full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement.
• Valid Driver Qualification and Digital Tachograph Cards.
• No more than 6 current penalty points.
• DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements.

Responsabilités

• Carry out multidrop deliveries to retail spaces while collecting returns from stores in line with operational requirements.
• Handle both palletised goods and cages, ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with the Depot Transport Office regarding any issues and deliver exemplary customer service by always being polite and courteous.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner while ensuring required documents are completed accurately and on time.
