Job summary

Arbor Tree Care is seeking Class 1 drivers for work in Southampton. The role involves depot-to-depot trailer swaps, curtain-side deliveries to stores, and yard/shunting duties on a variety of fixed shift patterns. Shifts include 4 on/4 off and 6–12 hour days or nights, with flexible start windows.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of Class 1 experience, recent Digi-card data, and no more than 6 points on their licence. DR/DG/CD/DD/BA endorsements are not accepted.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Class 1 driving experience.
• Recent recorded data on Digi-card.
• No more than 6 points on license.
• No DR, DG, CD, DD or BA endorsements.
• Fixed shift patterns available with several options.

Responsibilities

• Depot to depot trailer swap work.
• Curtain side deliveries to warehouse, wholesale and retail.
• Shunting and positioning HGV trailers within depot/yard.
• Carrying out vehicle and trailer checks as required.
