Job summary

A prominent recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HGV 1 Driver in Coleshill, Birmingham. The role requires a clean UK Driving Licence, valid tachograph, and full CPC training. Responsibilities

• Conduct 1 - 4 drops per day for national deliveries.
• Complete vehicle checks and defect paperwork as needed.
• Work during PM shifts starting between 18:00 - 19:00.

HGV 1 Driver required for a position with our well‑known client.

We have a prestigious company that has operated in the UK for many years, becoming a highly recognised and respected business within the Transport sector.

What type of candidate are we looking for?

• The candidate must hold a clean full UK Driving Licence.
• The candidate must hold a valid tachograph and have full CPC training.
• The ability to work in a team.
• The HGV driver will need to be confident in completing vehicle checks and completing any required defects paperwork.
• The candidate must be actively seeking ongoing work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full use of PDA machine required (for deliveries).

About the job

• 1 - 4 drops per day (trunks and collections).
• Handbal not required.
• National deliveries are expected.
• PM starts normally between 18:00 - 19:00 PM.
