Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC in Thurrock is seeking Class 1 HGV drivers for trunking work. Competitive hourly rates £21.44–£24.57 plus a £240 weekly bonus. Flexible shifts across early, day, afternoon, and night.

Full-time and ad hoc bookings available with Royal Mail trunking assignments. Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) license, CPC and Tachograph cards required, with 6 months recent experience.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) license held for at least 12 months.
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience within the last 2 years.
• Valid Driver CPC card.
• Valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Able to attend Royal Mail driving assessment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 1 (C+E) trunking routes in Thurrock.
• Maintain safety and logbook compliance.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Be flexible for early, day, afternoon, and night shifts.
