Job summary

The Best Connection are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (LGV CE) Drivers for a well-established client based in Knottingley. We offer flexible opportunities including full-time, part-time and ad-hoc shifts to suit your lifestyle.

Role involves nationwide trunking, no handball, and a modern fleet with organised operations. Shift times range from 16:00 to 00:00, with afternoon, night and weekend options available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
• Must be able to work weekend shifts.
• In-date CPC & Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements).
• Able to pass a driving assessment (reversing and manoeuvring).
• Double decker experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nationwide deliveries to RDCs (Regional Distribution Centres).
• No handball required - trunking work.
• Modern fleet and well-organised operations.
• Shift start times between 16:00 - 00:00.
• Afternoon, night, and weekend shifts available.
