Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring experienced Class 1 (C+E) drivers for a busy operation in the East Midlands. Role involves nationwide multi-drop deliveries of ambient goods to major food retail RDCs, with pallets solo handling and occasional unloading.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence, Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 8 months recent Class 1 driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points on licence.
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and working time regulations.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries to food retail distribution centres nationwide.
• Average of 2 drops per shift.
• Driving across the UK as part of a nationwide delivery network.
• Transporting ambient goods on pallets.
• Occasionally assist with unloading (approximately 2% of deliveries).
• Adhere to Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Comply with health and safety standards and The Highway Code.
