Job summary

Pertemps Edinburgh Contracts seeks an experienced Class 1 Driver for Livingston. The role is full-time and temporary, with PAYE pay at £17.50–£18.50 per hour. Daily duties include trunk runs or local deliveries, max two drops, with shifts starting at 06:00 or 18:00.

Requirements include a UK Class 1 licence, 12 months' experience, a valid DCPC card, and a Digi Card. Ongoing assignments with weekly pay and 24/7 support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 Licence with at least 12 months driving experience.
• Current DCPC card and a valid Digi Card.
• Up to 6 points accepted, but certain endorsements excluded.
• Must be a UK resident.

Responsibilities

• Trunk and/or local deliveries (max 2 drops).
• Daily vehicle checks and driver compliance days.
• Shifts start at 06:00 or 18:00, bookings three weeks in advance.
