Job description

Position: Class 1 Driver Shunter Temporary Newton Abbot, Devon. Posted 2 days ago. Up to £17 per hour.

Duties of a HGV Class 1 Driver Shunter –

• Delivering concrete into prisons on flatbed lorry
• Undo straps – all goods will be craned off
• 3 runs per day, 2 hours to get unloaded
• DBS check will be required – we can assist with getting this complete if required
• Modern, well looked after trucks

We are looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver Shunter who is able to start from 07:00 until 18:00.

The ideal HGV Class 1 Driver Shunter will have –

• A valid HGV C+E Class 1 Driving License
• A minimum of 6 months shunting experience is essential
• Valid CPC Card
• Valid Digital Card
• Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD) codes.
