Job summary

The Best Connection Group in Hoyland, South Yorkshire is seeking a Class 1 Driver for ongoing temporary work with a leading logistics and distribution business. You will handle nationwide deliveries to vendors and customer sites, ensuring goods are collected and delivered safely, on time, and professionally.

Shifts start at 09:00 (day) or 19:00 (night), Monday to Friday. Applicants need a valid CE/Class 1 licence, CPC and tachograph cards, and at least 2 years of Class 1 experience with up to 6

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (CE) Licence required.
• 2 years Class 1 driving experience required.
• 6 penalty points maximum.

Responsibilities

• Collect goods from vendors nationwide.
• Complete pre-use and end-of-shift vehicle checks.
• Ensure all collection paperwork is accurate.
• Adhere to UK driving laws, tachograph and working time regs.
• Represent client professionally and courteously.
