Job summary

DPD is expanding its nationwide transport network and seeks a skilled LGV C+E driver to join our permanent, full-time team in the Leicester area. You will handle multi‑drop collections and deliveries, ensure on‑time, time‑critical service, and maintain accurate digital journey records in compliance with tachograph and transport regulations.

Shift: 09:00–17:45, Monday to Friday. Valid UK driving licence with CE entitlement, CPC card, and Digital Tachograph card; minimum 6 months LGV C+E

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence with CE entitlement.
• Current UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card.
• At least 6 months recent experience operating LGV C+E vehicles.
• Reliable and safety‑conscious with a professional attitude.
• Excellent time-management and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle multi‑drop collections and deliveries across your local area with time‑sensitive delivery schedules.
• Maintain strict adherence to time‑critical scheduling while upholding service standards.
• Maintain meticulous digital journey records ensuring compliance with tachograph and transport regulations.
• Participate in safe loading and unloading of trailers and protect freight integrity.
• Represent the DPD brand professionally in all interactions.
