Job summary

Conquip Engineering Group is seeking a HGV Class 1 Delivery Driver for our Norfolk depot. You will ensure safe, timely delivery of equipment and maintain a professional company image.

The role includes overnight stays with fixed payments, overtime opportunities, and a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off. Based at the Norfolk depot, you will work with the transport team to meet on-time targets, adhere to Tachograph and DSA standards, and liaise with the Transport Manager to support

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 licence is essential.
• Experience driving Class 2 vehicles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with London driving conditions.
• Strong teamwork and proactive communication required.
• Full compliance with driving regulations and Tachograph/DSA standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect Conquip products professionally and efficiently.
• Liaise with the Transport Manager to maintain a customer-first approach.
• Communicate proactively with the office and customers to maintain on-time delivery targets.
• Comply with Tachograph and DSA driving standards and relevant legislation.
• Maintain vehicle to meet legal and company requirements and promote the Conquip brand.

Skills

Valid Class 1 licence

Experience driving Class 2 vehicles

Familiarity with London driving
