Job summary

Ideal Recruit Ltd is recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a well known client based in Coventry. Induction is 1 hour with general paperwork, and you will work with a hand held computer for truck checks and satnav routes. Start times vary 13:00–23:00.

Role involves depot and customer deliveries with trunking; no manual handling required. Must hold HGV Class 1 licence, CPC and tachograph card, and have at least 1 year of Class 1 driving experience.

• HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence required.
• At least 1 year Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid CPC and tachograph card.

Responsibilities

• Drive gas trucks with trunking deliveries.

The Job

Depot / Hub / Depot / Customer

No manual handling, trunking, very easy job.

Location for drop and swap - Thurrock, Biggleswade, Wellingborough, lasbrook, Plymouth, North east, Leigh green, Newhouse.

Start times between13:00-23:00

Truck description - mainly gas trucks, hand full of diesel.

Induction - 1hour, general paperwork

Hand help computer - all truck check done through hand held computer, this is also used for satnav route.

PAY RATES - PAYE

• Including holiday pay
• Monday-Friday: £20.34 per hour
• Saturday: £26.36 per hour
• Sunday: £29.42 per hour
• Overtime rates available

What You'll Need

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Minimum 1 year's Class 1 driving experience
