The Best Connection Bridgwater-based client is a well-established transport and logistics company offering stable, ongoing work for Class 1 (C+E) drivers across the UK. The role includes trunk deliveries, general haulage, and tramping with immediate starts.

Regular day and night shifts are available, with pay rates of £16.00 per hour days, £17.00 per hour nights, and £25.00 for nights out, plus a minimum of 8 hours paid per shift.

Formación

• Class 1 (C+E) licence required
• CPC and Tachograph knowledge preferred
• Safety-focused attitude

Responsabilidades

• Drive Class 1 (C+E) vehicles for trunk deliveries, general haulage, or trampping as required
• Complete daily vehicle checks and adhere to DVSA standards
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records
• Communicate with transport planners and depot staff
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company
