Pertemps Leicester are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing temporary assignments in Coalville, Leicestershire. Multiple day and night shifts with weekly pay and free on-site parking are available to deliver and collect across the UK.

The role includes safety checks, paperwork, and ensuring on-time deliveries while complying with Driver Hours and Road Transport rules; customer service at delivery points is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good knowledge of UK driving regulations.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completing general haulage deliveries and collections across the UK.

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire

Job Type: Temporary – Ongoing

Pay Rates: Days: £17.25 per hour Nights: £18.25 per hour

Pertemps are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing temporary assignments based in Coalville, Leicestershire. We have both day and night shifts available, offering regular work with a well-established logistics operation carrying out general haulage deliveries and collections.

The Role

• Completing general haulage deliveries and collections across the UK.
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time.
• Completing all relevant paperwork and following company procedures.
• Complying with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and Road Transport legislation.

Requirements
