Job summary

Royal Mail is recruiting for a skilled HGV Class 1 driver to trunk mail between depots nationwide from the Aston base. Shifts are morning, evening and weekends with pay £21.44–£24.57 per hour. This temporary, ongoing role offers consistent work through 2026 with a trusted national brand.

You will perform vehicle checks, maintain safety standards and represent Royal Mail professionally on every journey. A valid HGV Class 1 licence, CPC, Tachograph card and DBS checks are required.

The Job

What You Need

• Valid HGV Class 1 / C+E licence (held for 1+ years)
• A valid and in date CPC + Digital Tachograph card

• Able to pass vetting & DBS checks
