DPD Group in York is seeking a Category C+E Driver to join our nationwide transport network. This Class 1 role focuses on multi-drop routes and time-sensitive deliveries while upholding DPD service standards and presenting a professional brand image.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence with CE entitlement, a current UK CPC Card, and a Digital Tachograph Card, with at least 6 months recent LGV C+E experience. Growth opportunities exist within a sustainability-led team.

• Days of Work: Monday to Friday
• Shift Pattern: 09:30 - 18:15

Core Responsibilities

This pivotal role is central to our nationwide transport network, focusing on the precise and efficient management of high-volume logistics operations.

• The Route: Handle multi-drop collections and deliveries across your local area successfully achieving time sensitive deliveries and predetermined collection schedules
• Service Excellence: Ensure strict adherence to time-critical scheduling requirements while upholding the company's standards for world-class service.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain meticulous and accurate digital journey records, ensuring full compliance with all relevant digital tachograph and transport regulations.
• Freight Management: Proactively participate in the safe and secure loading and unloading of trailers, ensuring freight integrity and security throughout transit.
• Brand Representation: Act as a professional ambassador for the DPD brand, exhibiting a flexible, solution-oriented approach and maintaining a positive corporate image in all interactions.
