Job summary

Ctrg is seeking a Class 1 Driver (C+E) for immediate starts at Brownhils WS8 7HU. You must hold a valid UK LGV C+E/HGV1 licence with no more than 6 points, a digital tachograph card and CPC (DQC).

A DVLA check code is required to progress to assessment, and a minimum of 6 months UK Class 1 experience is essential. Shifts start early (4:00–10:00) with guaranteed five days a week, including options Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LGV C+E/HGV1 licence with ≤6 points.
• Must have a UK digital tachograph card and CPC (DQC).
• DVLA licence check code required to proceed to assessment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products reach client stores on time and in good condition.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping following the working time directive.
• Represent the Tesco brand when liaising with colleagues and customers.
• Adhere to all training and processes.

Job description

HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E) - Client is One Stop Brownhils WS8 7HU

You must hold a valid LGV C+E, HGV 1, Class 1 UK licence with no more than 6 points (due to insurance policy), a UK digital tachograph card & a full DQC (CPC card). You will also need to provide a DVLA licence check code to proceed to assessment interview. A minimum of 6 months UK class 1 experience is essential.

Assessments are being held weekly with immediate starts!

Class 1 Shift/Pay Information:

• AM Start times 04:00-10:00am
• Guaranteed 5 days a week
• Mon to Fri or Tues to Sat
• 6th day working every other week all the way till end of December (optional)
• £18.09 per hour
• Ambient work
