Job summary

DPD is seeking a driver to join our nationwide transport network. You will manage high-volume logistics, perform multi-drop collections and deliveries, and ensure time-sensitive schedules are met with the highest service standards.

You must hold a UK CE entitlement, a UK CPC Card, and a Digital Tachograph Card, with at least 6 months LGV C+E experience. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:45.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence with CE entitlement.
• At least 6 months experience operating LGV C+E vehicles.
• Current UK CPC Card and a valid Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

• Central to the nationwide transport network with high-volume logistics management.
• Handle multi-drop collections and deliveries across your local area with time-sensitive deliveries.
• Maintain time-critical scheduling while upholding world-class service standards.
• Keep digital journey records compliant with tachograph and transport regulations.
• Assist with safe loading/unloading and ensuring freight integrity and security.

• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain meticulous and accurate digital journey records, ensuring full compliance with all relevant digital tachograph and transport regulations.


• Freight Management: Proactively participate in the safe and secure loading and unloading of trailers, ensuring freight integrity and security throughout transit.


• Brand Representation: Act as a professional ambassador for the DPD brand, exhibiting a flexible, solution-oriented approach and maintaining a positive corporate image in all interactions.

What You Bring

• The License: Valid UK Driving Licence with CE entitlement.
