GI Group - Class 1 Driver Opportunities

GI Group is recruiting multiple Class 1 Drivers for an internationally known delivery company.

Shifts:

• Afternoon & night shifts
• Apply online only
• Choose your own shift pattern
• Full-time and part-time work available
• Weekend work available
• Average shift length: 10-12 hours
• Pay rates:
• Monday to Friday: GBP19.27/hour
• Saturday: GBP24.53/hour
• Sunday: GBP27.38/hour

Note: Pay rates include holiday pay. These rates are PAYE; we do not engage with umbrella contracts.

Main Duties:

• Conduct vehicle checks
• Perform clean trunking work to depots
• Secure loads
• Deliver safely across the UK
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

• Positive attitude and work ethic, eager to learn
• Presentable appearance with attention to detail
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Valid, in-date Tachograph & CPC
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• At least 12 months of Class 1 driving experience
• 6-12 months experience considered based on work history
