Flogas Britain is seeking a Class 1 Barrel Driver for night shifts. You will be responsible for bulk LPG deliveries, ensuring safety and on-time execution across the depot network. The role emphasizes teamwork and regulatory compliance, including ADR, Tachograph, and CPC credentials.

The position requires LGV1, ADR Tanks, CPC, and a responsible, flexible approach to nights and potential tramping requirements. Comprehensive training and a strong safety culture support career development.

Qualifications

• LGV Class 1 licence (required)
• ADR in Tanks with minimum Class 2 gases
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Good knowledge of driving hours and tachograph regulations
• Calm, unflappable approach with commitment to health and safety
• Willingness to DBS check and flexible shifts including Nights/Tramping

How you’ll power our business as a Class 1 Barrel Driver

What we’ll need from you

LGV Class 1 licence. Ideally, you’ll also have an ADR in Tanks with minimum class 2 gases.

Driver CPC and valid Drivers Digital Tachograph Card, plus a sound knowledge of driving hours and tachograph regulations

A calm, unflappable approach, and a commitment to ensuring everyone’s health, safety and wellbeing is protected in all that you do

A willingness to keep in touch with the team and stay flexible, so together, we can do more

A keenness to learn new ways of doing things so we can keep doing right by our customers and each other

A willingness to have a DBS check that helps keep you, our customers and our people safe.

A flexible approach to helping our customers as Nights out (Tramping) will be required as part of this role (Depending on Depot)
